QuietEar — Terms of Use

By downloading or using QuietEar, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Subscriptions

QuietEar Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription (weekly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Medical disclaimer

QuietEar provides relaxation and sound-masking audio. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, including tinnitus or hearing disorders. Always use moderate volume levels. If your tinnitus is new, one-sided, pulsatile, or worsening, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Acceptable use

The app is licensed, not sold, for personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.

Warranty & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app.
